  • Intensive Couples Therapy, also known as Marathon Couples Counseling, is a highly effective form of couples counseling. When you book an intensive, you work with a therapist over the course of 2-3 days. Each day lasts for about 5-6 hours and provides enough time and space for a thorough assessment and intervention.

Many people who opt for intensives are in crisis, have a problem that has felt stuck for a very long time, or have very little time to dedicate during the week for “traditional” sessions.
