Paying for therapy
Our office does not accept insurance as we are out of network providers. However, many insurance plans allow you to pick which therapist you would like to see rather than only seeing who is in their network. When you pick your own therapist, you pay for the sessions up front and then submit a receipt called a superbill to your insurance company. At that point, they provide reimbursement.
