We have many years of training to help you manage and overcome anxiety. When you meet with one of our therapists, we will work with you to discern whether it is anxiety that is causing your discomfort and then we will begin to work on a path forward.
Therapy for anxiety targets your anxious thoughts. It may help you find that your worry is legitimate and provide guidance on how to navigate the issue and move forward with a sense of relief. You may also find that the thought is due to unhelpful thoughts that are “running wild”. If this is the case, therapy will help you learn to manage your thoughts and gain insight into why you are so worried and what to do with it. You will also learn to manage and decrease stress in your life.
