“I approach therapy from a whole-person perspective and recognize that values, meaning, purpose, and spirituality may be important parts of a person’s experience.”

I believe meaningful change begins when we have the courage to explore and validate our stories, understand how they have shaped us, and begin creating new narratives that better reflect who we are and who we hope to become.

As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I work with children, adults, couples, and families. I am an attentive listener who brings a warm and nonjudgmental presence into the therapeutic space. I pay close attention to the details of a person’s experience while noticing patterns and connections that may offer greater understanding.

Relationships and family systems are especially important to me. In my work with couples and families, I hope to help people better understand one another, improve communication, create emotional safety, and strengthen connection.

I also have a natural connection with children and value the creativity and playfulness they bring into the therapeutic process. I believe children offer an important reminder that growth does not always have to be serious and that imagination, wonder, and fun are valuable parts of well-being.

My areas of particular interest include anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, and trauma-related experiences. I believe difficult emotions can carry important information about our experiences and needs rather than simply being something we need to eliminate. More than a decade of volunteer service within the hospice community has also deeply influenced how I understand grief, loss, transition, and meaning-making.

I approach therapy from a whole-person perspective and recognize that values, meaning, purpose, and spirituality may be important parts of a person’s experience. When meaningful to the client, I welcome these areas into the therapeutic conversation while respecting each person’s individual beliefs and worldview.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rowan University and am currently completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I am also an alumna of the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and hold a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research. Additionally, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science and ordination through the University of Sedona.

Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative process and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward the lives and relationships they hope to create.
