Meet Jasmine
Jasmine Garnett, MS
"We all strive to create a life that feels meaningful and true to who we are. Sometimes, we simply need someone to walk alongside us."
Everyone deserves the opportunity to build a life rooted in meaning, connection, and peace. At times, life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected from the people, experiences, and parts of ourselves that help us feel grounded. During those moments, having someone to walk alongside you can make all the difference.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can show up as your authentic self, openly share your story, and feel genuinely heard. While therapy is only one part of your larger journey, I believe it can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Together, we'll identify and strengthen your connection to the relationships, experiences, values, and inner strengths that bring purpose to your life and help you move forward with greater confidence.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing primarily from person-centered, humanistic, and attachment-based perspectives while incorporating evidence-based interventions, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), when appropriate. Because every person and every story is unique, I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. My priority is to meet you where you are while providing a thoughtful, personalized approach that supports meaningful and lasting change.
It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges and celebrate its victories. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that have shaped your journey. My hope is that our work together leaves you feeling more empowered, connected, and equipped to create the life you envision—because no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone.
