Meet Iuliia
iuliia Grigoreva, MA
“Many have spent a long time trying to understand their difficulties on their own and feel frustrated that insight has not led to change.”
Therapy, at its best, goes beyond managing symptoms. It creates space for a person to experience themselves, their relationships, and their life in a different and more connected way.
I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents (15+) who are often capable, thoughtful, and self-aware. From the outside, their lives may look stable and well organized, yet internally they may feel overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected. Many have spent a long time trying to understand their difficulties on their own and feel frustrated that insight has not led to change.
In our work, we gradually identify the patterns that shape these experiences. Anxiety, perfectionism, emotional distance, and relationship struggles often follow consistent ways of thinking and responding. When these patterns become clearer, it becomes possible to approach them differently and create changes that feel steady and sustainable rather than temporary.
I am particularly attentive to clients going through life transitions, including immigration, identity shifts, and periods of uncertainty. These experiences often carry a quiet emotional weight that is not always visible to others.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and informed by attachment-based perspectives. It is structured yet flexible — combining clarity, depth, and practical application.
I offer a space that is thoughtful, direct, and respectful. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so the work is shaped around each client’s needs, pace, and goals. Over time, this supports greater awareness, emotional resilience, and the ability to respond differently to internal experiences.
This is a focused and intentional process for people who are ready to engage with themselves more deeply.
