“I believe that while our histories matter, our paths are not fixed, and that healing begins when we feel safe enough to examine what we’ve carried and choose what we want to carry forward.”
Clients often come to me during times of transition—when old ways of coping no longer serve them, or when they’re ready to reconnect with their voice, values, and sense of purpose. Whether you’re processing relationship challenges, exploring identity, breaking cycles, or navigating the unknown, I will meet you with presence, humility, and respect.
My integrative approach draws from narrative, acceptance and commitment, and attachment-based approaches. I’m especially drawn to supporting people who are untangling complex family dynamics, adjusting to early parenthood, carrying gendered or cultural expectations they didn’t choose, or making sense of how neurodivergence shapes their relationship with themselves and others. I also work with couples who want to communicate more openly, interrupt cycles that leave them feeling distant or stuck, and build a partnership that feels equitable and secure.
I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can explore the patterns, stories, and relationships that have shaped you, and begin to imagine new ways of being. My approach is grounded in the perspective that growth is always possible, especially when we feel seen, heard, and supported.
Who I Work With:
I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting stress, anxiety, and the impact of family-of-origin dynamics. I also support couples who want to deepen emotional connection, strengthen communication, and shift patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
