“Healing begins when we stop surviving silently.”
We are not meant to carry everything alone, yet many people learn to survive in silence, holding pain and experiences that gradually become heavier than they were ever meant to bear. My work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families lessen that burden and move beyond survival to cultivate more connected, intentional, and fulfilling lives.
As a therapist, I provide a grounded and collaborative space where your truth can be spoken aloud, understood, and met without judgment. I strive to create a relationship built on positive regard, curiosity, and respect, one where you do not have to minimize your experiences to feel supported.
My approach is integrative and systemically oriented, drawing from experiential, emotionally focused, and cognitive behavioral frameworks. Working from a trauma-informed lens, I pay close attention to how autonomic responses and emotional adaptations shape identity, behavior, and interpersonal connection. I believe therapy should be flexible, relational, and responsive to each person’s lived experience, while honoring the complexity and nuance of individual perspectives.
In our work together, I aim to walk alongside you as we explore the experiences that have shaped you and the patterns that may continue to interfere with cultivating a life that feels genuine and fulfilling. Growth often involves loosening our grip on old ways of coping and developing healthier ways of relating to ourselves and others. Although life can bring suffering, loss, and uncertainty, healing becomes possible when silence is no longer the only way we endure it.
I am currently a graduate student at Syracuse University pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a clinical emphasis on systemic, trauma-informed care.
