“I believe there is a quiet kind of bravery in showing up for yourself.”

Whether you are seeking therapy to navigate a difficult phase, better understand yourself, or create meaningful change, choosing to engage in that process is an act of care, for yourself and often for the people and communities around you.

As a counseling intern, I aim to create a space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity, honesty, and compassion. I regard your inner world and the environments that have shaped it alike. Often, the realities of our families, communities, cultures, and social systems become woven into our sense of self in ways that can remain unseen until we begin to explore them. My approach is collaborative and rooted in the belief that understanding ourselves more deeply can help us move through life with greater intention and authenticity. Together, we may explore recurring emotional, behavioral, or relationship patterns and consider how past experiences continue to shape the present.

I view therapy as both a reflective and active process. While insight is important, meaningful growth often emerges through the ways we care for ourselves between sessions and the choices we make in our everyday lives. I value openness, consistency (showing up on days when we feel reluctant can be an important part of the process), and genuine collaboration; I welcome ongoing conversations about what feels helpful in our sessions and what does not.

At its core, our journey together is a human process built on trust, respect, and mutual learning. I am honored to support clients as they connect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and cultivate lives that feel more aligned with their values.
