“Our work together will be grounded in the belief that healing occurs when all parts of the system feel seen, respected, and guided by self-leadership”

I began working in the mental health field in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, where I witnessed firsthand how a global crisis can profoundly impact individuals, families, and couples. Entering the field at such a pivotal time shaped my understanding of how crisis situations affect people mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Since then, I have worked across a variety of settings, including inpatient care, partial hospitalization programs, community-based services, and private practice. Through these experiences, I have come to recognize that we all carry trauma in different ways, often responding through patterns such as avoidance, anger, physical discomfort, or fear. These intense experiences can lead to unhealthy cycles as the mind and body attempt to cope.

My goal as your therapist is to help you identify your strengths and values, increase self-understanding, and recognize that there is no inherently “bad” part of you—only parts that have learned to adapt in order to survive.

We are not meant to navigate life’s transitions, inevitable phases, or daily stressors alone. I structure our sessions intentionally to support meaningful, measurable change in your life. My intention is to help you feel grounded and supported in our work together, creating a space where we can explore both your past and present with openness and care. Together, we will work toward building a future that you are hopeful and curious about.

Outside of the office, I enjoy going on hikes with my family, catching up with my twin who lives halfway around the world, and going to new restaurants (tacos are my go to). I look forward to hearing what brings you happiness and joy!
