“Our view of who we are is often clouded by who the world demands we be.”
A successful life to me means feeling fulfilled, balanced, and enough. At times, finding success can feel impossible. My training and personal passion for helping others find their footing makes me an ideal therapist for those looking to readjust their approach to success. Clients appreciate that my approach includes a healthy dose of encouragement and reality, emotional validation and logic. It is vital to the process to keep a realistic focus on a client's existing strengths and build from there. Whether you are needing extra support with relationships, stress management, self-esteem, identity, or grappling with the weight of a diagnosis, I will work with you to find and execute strategies that work in harmony to help you practice progress, not perfection.
Our view of who we are is often clouded by who the world demands we be. My therapeutic approach is holistic, educational, challenging and tailored to your individual or couple goals. Using strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and mindfulness interventions, we will work together to help you rediscover and step back into your true, authentic self.
My favorite part of this work is encouraging excitement about the value that therapy can provide to every individual or couple’s well-being and to be a trusted guide toward the life you desire and deserve. I look forward to meeting you!
