Reflection Exercise for Couples

2018-relationships.jpg

Rather than New Years resolutions, we encourage past year reflections. Use the month of January to consider the triumphs and tribulations you have experienced as a couple over the past year. You can use the following questions as a guide to help you assess what 2018 was like for you and to help encourage you as you move into 2019.

2018 Reflection Guide for Couples

What were the best parts of your relationships?

What were the worst parts of your relationship?

Do you feel you were the best version of yourself within your relationships?

What things could you have done differently?

What lessons did your relationships teach you?

What changes would you like to see in this next year?

What things can or cannot change?
