Strengthening Awareness with Yourself and Body: For BIPOC

Strengthening Awareness with Yourself and Body

Mindfulness allows us to fully experience each moment as it happens. All of the techniques that you will receive during the next three weeks will help strengthen your awareness with yourself and body.

In this online workshop, you'll learn the benefits behind practicing mindfulness. We will explore ways to naturally ground ourselves in present moments, teach our attention to move towards remaining present and practice observing our moods and mood shifts when they rise and fall.

*This workshop will be geared towards BIPOC*
