Twenty-something & Stuck at Home
Your twenties are already an uncertain (and exciting) decade to live through without a global pandemic. Then COVID19 hit. This has uprooted everyone’s plans and development. Your 20's are a time where you are beginning to lay the foundation for your life. This may be a particularly challenging time for you given these new circumstances.
This group is a process group for twenty-somethings who all of a sudden find themselves stuck at home, and in some cases stuck back in their childhood home with their family of origin.
In an empathic and confidential virtual space, this group will provide you:
· peer support
· non-judgemental feedback
· normalization of symptoms and experiences
· diverse perspectives so that group members feel less alone while working through challenges.
You will also have a safe environment to:
· expand your insight
· improve self-awareness
· learn to cope in healthier ways and
· grow your support network.
Commitment: 4 Weeks
Day: Mondays
Time: 7-8:30 PM
Dates: June 8, 15, 22 & 29
Cost: $45 per group (can pay per group or $180 upfront)*
*Fee will be owed regardless of attendance but I encourage you to only join if you expect to be able to attend every group. This is a way to build trust, community and predictability with the people we will be confiding in from week to week.
