An interactive one hour discussion about navigating the nuances of an extended period of quarantine at home with kids.

We will explore helpful tips about ways to maintain routine, structure and sanity as well as suggestions for how self-soothing and modified self care skills continue to be important during this unprecedented time. Our hope is also for you to find the space to laugh, connect, and lean into the unknown...and yes, you CAN let them stream Frozen before 10am.
