Marta Cofone is a marriage therapist who utilizes PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy). PACT is a form of couples therapy that can help couples facing the most challenging issues. PACT is a combination of attachment theory, neuroscience, and arousal regulation. Instead of getting caught up in the content of the argument and speech, in a session with a PACT therapist you get to really focus on what is happening with your body (arousal) and emotions. PACT helps couples see and understand their partner and all of their hurt, longing, and sadness.

Marta has extensive experience working with those who struggle with substances and trauma and is able to support couples who have experienced these challenging and complex issues individually or together.

This may involve supporting couples in re-attuning to the needs within their relationship and taking a collaborative approach when developing ways that the couple can meet these needs.

As a black cis woman and a first-generation American of a Nigerian immigrant, Eunice recognizes the complexities that identities can hold and the negative impacts of social biases. With this, she facilitates sessions through a social justice lens that is anti-racist, sex-positive, queer & gender-affirming, and polyamory/kink/BDSM-affirming.
