“I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where your voice matters.”

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the strength and resilience to navigate life’s ups and downs. I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. By drawing on evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of human emotions, I work collaboratively with you to uncover your inner resources and foster meaningful change.

My approach to individual therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). When working with couples and families, I seek to use a variety of research-based approaches, such as the Gottman Method, Satir Method, and Bowenian therapy.

Incorporating my current training as well as my past experience, I am interested in helping you improve relationships with family and friends, your inner self, and those who you interact with regularly, such as co-workers and bosses.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where your voice matters. My role is to listen deeply, offer insights, and empower you to find your own path forward. Together, we will explore your concerns, celebrate your strengths, and work towards achieving your goals.

I am currently pursuing a master’s of arts in marriage and family therapy at ACU.
