In this group week program, you will learn to connect lovingly with yourself, explore the body's natural resilience and alleviate anxious thoughts through writing so you can respond more compassionately to both yourself and others during this time of worldwide distress.
Weekly meetings to keep you connected to yourself and others
Each week, we will build new techniques that you will be able to implement into your daily life to alleviate anxiety, and improve wellbeing Together, we can connect to create space for personal health and community support.
In this group you will receive:
4 weekly support group meetings
Guided meditations
Community connection and support
Journaling prompts and guidance
Coping skills for managing stress
How will we meet?
We will meet weekly, as a group, through the online platform Zoom. This platform allows us to utilize voice and video to connect with each other online. After you register, you will be given a link to join the calls.

We will meet weekly at 7 PM EST for four weeks on the following dates:

Can I join from anywhere?
Yes! This is an online based group so you can join us from anywhere in the world!
What is the cost?
Pay what you can. We don't want finances to get in the way of your wellbeing.
Presenter: Kristin Townsend
Kristin is a mindfulness based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She practices in California and Pennsylvania, supporting individuals, couples, and families to build better connection with themselves and others. Kristin encourages those that she works with to build a practice of self compassion and mindfulness to support resilience during challenging times.
