“My intention is to help you feel grounded in our work together”
As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families gain insight, connect to their inner strengths, and experience meaningful growth, both emotionally and physically. I believe therapy is a space for healing and transformation, where you can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer dance/movement therapy as a powerful, body-based approach to healing. Sometimes, our words can only go so far. Movement allows us to tap into emotions stored in the body, express what may be difficult to verbalize, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level. Whether through gentle stretching, guided movement, or simply noticing how emotions live in the body, this practice can be profoundly grounding and restorative.
My goal is to create a safe, creative, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I bring a trauma-informed and multicultural lens into all of my work. My intention is to help you feel grounded in our work together, so we can explore both your past and present with openness, working together toward building a future you feel confident and hopeful about. Clients often describe feeling more confident, calm, and in tune with themselves after our sessions. I commend you on taking this next step. Whether you want to dive into therapy head-first or dip a toe in the water, I look forward to supporting you in this aspect of life.
