In this hour long self care group you will learn to connect lovingly with yourself, explore the body’s natural resilience and alleviate anxious thoughts through writing so that you can respond more compassionately to both yourself and others during this time of worldwide distress.



Together, we can create space for personal wellbeing, connection, and support.

This event is open to anyone and is online so that you can join from anywhere in the world.

Kristin is a mindful and compassionate therapist based in California and Philadelphia. Kristin works with individuals and couples virtually through video and telephone therapy calls.

Kristin has designed this workshop to create space for inner peace and relaxation and also outer connection.
