“I believe in the power of therapeutic experiences built through trust, acceptance, and non-judgment.”
I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Family Therapy at Drexel University.
I believe an integrative approach to therapy allows for the most adaptive and versatile treatment for individualized clients. However, I am drawn specifically toward attachment-based, emotionally focused, and humanistic approaches in therapy. While my approach is also dependent on the client’s unique goals of therapy, I generally strive to increase a family’s/couple’s/individual’s connection with and awareness of their emotions and needs.
I believe in the power of therapeutic experiences built through trust, acceptance, and non-judgment. Therapy is a place where we can share our deepest vulnerabilities and discover our greatest strengths. I strive to honor these journeys with clients and create a judgment-free, safe environment where I come with open curiosity to understand and explore likely challenging questions and topics with clients at their own pace.
I am specifically interested in families who are learning how to navigate intergenerational trauma and how it might affect their relationships. I’d like to help families learn how to move past certain cultural and generational differences and explore the strengths that are born out of these challenges.
