Meet Ming

Ming Yeoh, MA

“The healing journey is not about fixing what is broken, but rather embracing the process of rediscovering what is whole”

I work with individuals and couples in a supportive, compassionate, and nurturing way; helping them identify strengths and self-love by defining goals through a process of deep empathy and acceptance. You may notice changes in your sleep, a lack of energy or motivation, or increased worry that is causing you to feel stuck. I focus on both the mind and the body by strengthening connections and integrating interventions so you can reach a point of relief. You might be here because you feel lost and are struggling to feel like yourself again or you may have noticed challenges within your relationship that are causing confusion or hurt. If you have reached a critical point in life where you are feeling troubled or unclear, therapy can be a pillar to help you slow down and refocus.

As a therapist, I recognize that seeking counseling can feel initially intimidating. My primary goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and warm environment to encourage personal exploration. I am passionate about helping you understand and manage emotions and regulate your nervous system to encourage healthier patterns and foster growth.

When experiencing mental health challenges we have two choices: to step forward into growth or step back into safety.

Who I work with:

Everyone entering psychotherapy comes from a unique walk of life. Together, we can identify your specific goals and create a treatment plan that addresses your areas of need. I offer psychotherapy for both couples and individuals across the lifespan, from children to adulthood. I help clients find relief from life's challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions. I engage with my clients from an integrative approach pulling from various techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, and a Mindfulness-Based approach.

You have permission to rest. It is time to replenish. For now, take time for you. Let this be the moment you take to rediscover yourself and I am alongside your journey to help support and guide you.

My rate per 50 minute session is $120.00
