“I am committed to providing a safe and empowering space where you can find your voice.”

It is my belief that everyone is the central figure in their own story. Just as characters in a novel or characters in a play, we all possess depth, complexity, and purpose. My therapeutic style combines systemic theory with narrative artistry to explore your story in context. As we move through the chapters of your life, we will uncover patterns, perspectives, and possibilities, using these as the framework for the story you want to live.

Much like editing a book, my approach embraces the transformative power of storytelling through mapping, storyboarding, externalization, letter writing, and re-membering techniques. Tell me about the major characters in your life — the heroes, villains, and everything in between — the places you want to go, and what stands in your way.

As we co-create new pages filled with hope, I am committed to providing a safe and empowering space where you can find your voice. My role is not just to listen, but to accept and support you as you rewrite your narrative. Through our work together I hope to provide you with the clarity, curiosity, and reclaimed agency needed to step boldly into the next chapter of your life.

I am currently pursuing a master’s of arts in marriage and family therapy at Drexel University.
