“I am committed to providing a safe and empowering space where you can find your voice-together.”

It is my belief that at the heart of every relationship are the connections that shape the stories we tell. Whether as partners, parents, siblings, or children, we each bring our own unique perspective, which intersects and intertwines with those closest to us. My therapeutic style combines systemic and attachment theory to explore the interconnected stories that make up your relationships.

Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I will work with you to identify patterns that influence how you connect and communicate. Through techniques like emotional mapping, revisiting attachment needs, and reframing past experiences, we will gain insight into the deeper layers of your relationship. By uncovering the needs that drive your interactions, we will transform the way you engage with one another, creating stronger, more secure bonds.

As we explore the connections that tie you together, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can share your experiences, reconnect, and cultivate traditions of love with those you care about. My role is not just to listen, but to accept and support you throughout this journey, helping you gain the clarity, resilience, and reclaimed agency needed to move into the next chapter of your life—together.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Drexel University, continuing to grow and deepen my commitment to supporting couples and families as they navigate life’s challenges.
