“To me, seeking help is a sign of hope and health.”

People come to counseling because they want something to be different in their lives. You may wish to work on your personal or family situation, solve a nagging problem, resolve an old hurt, or simply bring a healthier balance to your life. To me, seeking help is a sign of hope and health. It is a priority of mine that you feel understood, connected, and engaged in the therapy process; this will make your therapy experience effective and satisfying. I am committed to providing a safe and accepting therapeutic environment that facilitates your desire for growth, insight, and change.

I have a background in person-centered therapy and have trained in Gottman Level I therapy for couples. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Each person’s concerns are unique; of particular interest to me are concerns surrounding life transitions, which can include anything from relationship or career changes, becoming a parent, or situations involving aging; career and financial concerns, including non-traditional careers such as freelancers and artists; adult ADHD; and grief, loss, depression, and anxiety.

I am currently completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rider University. Life contains many chapters; I look forward to exploring your story with you.
