“In the ongoing process of becoming ourselves it can sometimes be difficult to hear our inner voice.”

Hey there! I am a graduate student at La Salle University studying Marriage and Family Therapy and I have been working in community mental health for three years.

Most people are never taught how to care for their mental health and create meaningful relationships. I know it’s hard to ask for help but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. In the ongoing process of becoming ourselves it can sometimes be difficult to hear our inner voice. Together we will listen for your inner voice, discover your values, and create a path to accomplish your goals. Learning what it takes to care for yourself, communicate effectively, and set boundaries. We all deserve an environment that allows us to thrive.

It can be daunting to ask for help in navigating our intimate relationships. I provide a safe space for individuals, couples, and families from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds, including LGBTQIA2S+ and CNM folks. My approach is empathetic, relaxed and judgment free. I will hold space for you to discover, explore, and better understand yourself, your family, and your connections to others.
