Powering Through Your Quarter Life Crisis
Women, Ages 25 – 35
When: 3rd Saturday each month for 6 sessions
Time: 11 – 12:30 PM

We have noticed a common struggle between the ages of 25 – 35 which we describe as “the quarter life crisis”. Many people begin to question their future (romantic relationships, career choices, living arrangements) and feel incredibly stuck in regards to moving forward in life.
The “Powering Through Your Quarter Life Crisis” group will explore self esteem issues, social media impact, family, relationships,finances, and career decisions.
Sibling Loss Grief Group
Men and Women
When: Beginning in December, 1 Saturday per month
Facilitators: Elizabeth Earnshaw, LMFT (read more)
Group members will meet monthly to provide support to each other while being guided by a licensed therapist that specializes in grief, loss, and trauma. Group members will discuss and process common themes related to grief and loss of a sibling, share stories of their loved ones, and learn ways to manage and cope with their grief. Self soothing techniques will be taught.
