By understanding your long-standing patterns of thinking, relating, feeling and behaving, we can identify roadblocks that may be keeping you stuck and discover new possibilities for your life and your relationships.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on psychodynamic theory but integrating cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, to fit your individual goals. I believe that in order for therapy to be successful, you must feel you are in a safe, supportive and collaborative space, and try to provide that with warmth, curiosity and authenticity.
I have over 7 years of experience working with a broad range of adult clients. I have significant experience working with those who have experienced childhood trauma. I also have a special interest in helping people struggling with anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
