For many of us there comes a time when relationships, transitions or life in general begins to feel overwhelming. Perhaps there’s been a recent change or crisis in your life and you’re not sure of the right direction. Maybe you’re fighting with your partner, family or friends and you’re getting too many conflicting opinions from others. You might be up late at night looking for answers, panicked that you’re not sure you’re ready for change, and it’s all boiling over into a sense of having no idea what you’re doing or if you’re making the right choice.
You are looking for someone that knows how to handle what you are going through. Someone that will listen to whatever you have to say and will be understanding of whatever you bring to the table. You want to know you will have both the open space to explore while also engaging with someone that is willing to give you guidance and feedback.
I help individuals work through inner conflicts from wanting to live in line with personal values versus what others expect. I’ll sit with you while you explore options or vent while finding ways to become grounded in order to reflect and find peace. I’ll also help you organize things into smaller, more manageable steps so you can begin tackling obstacles between you and your goals. As an unbiased, third-party person, I help couples and families work through differences and misunderstandings by providing tools to manage conflict, enhance communication and build empathy for one another.
